For as much as I love
birthdays (mine especially), monsieur is surprisingly reserved about his own. If
I would have planned a surprise party for him, this is what I would have worn
to toast to his last even-numbered twenty. In fact, I like this dress so much, I'm thinking of buying it for the summer - it would be great for a date on vacation or even for a daytime wedding.
